| I'm a model railroader who particularly enjoys making things look funky! To my way of thinking, no structure, engine or piece of rolling stock ever makes it on stage in my HO basement empire unless I've grunged it, rusted it or otherwise killed that "new" look. My favorite tools are my airbrush, my chalks and my alcohol and india ink washes. With the many top quality and inexpensive plastic models around today, you don't need to invest a fortune to have a realistic looking layout. You just need to apply a little judicious weathering and you'll be surprised by the results! |
