C-Pox Bonding System
The manufacturer advertises this product as a combination of the speed and efficiency of a CA type glue with the strength and durability of an Epoxy...

I sampled a kit which included the bonding agent (along with two applicator tips), the activator which is a pump type spray used to set the bonded joint, and a debonder in case you need to dissolve a joint. You basically apply the liquid to your intended surface, hold together, and spray with the activator for an instant bond. I found the material easy to use and apply--no mixing, no clogged nozzles, no sticky fingers--and the stuff works amazingly well!

How about gluing a broken cross arm on a plastic telephone pole--
on the layout with power lines attached! If you can hold the arm in place for 2 seconds while you spray the joint, you have an instant and very strong bond!

The kit also comes with a primer which may be needed for some types of shiny, engineering type plastics. My son sheared off a game figure at the ankles--and the figure is needed to turn the game base. Using the primer and the other two components resulted in a joint that was as good as new.

I really like this glue! It's not cheap but, unlike CA, it's got a long shelf life. You at least get to use the whole container before it hardens or whatever. It works for all kinds of materials around the house as well. (I think I could do chinups on the loose towel rod I glued to the ceramic tile in my downstairs bath!)
